• Free Standard Delivery on all UK mainland orders - UK standard delivery takes 3-5 working days to deliver from dispatch.
• £1.99 UK Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) - Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm.* Next day delivery is not available on larger items such as garden furniture, please see full list of exclusions here

• Orders placed after 3pm will not qualify for Next Day Delivery.
• If you order on a Friday before 3pm, your order is scheduled for delivery on the next working day, Monday
• Please note delivery times may differ depending on your delivery address location and item of purchase. Larger items such as garden furniture may take up to 3-7 days.
• Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment we will aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse within one working day.(*Excludes weekends and bank holidays ).
• Please Note:Our products are sent in retail packaging and the product name will be visible to the person accepting the delivery

How do I return an item?

If you’re in any way unhappy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of your product being dispatched.
