How can I place an order on domu.co.uk?
1.Simply add your items to the basket using the green 'add to basket' button on product pages
2.When you are ready to checkout select the green 'My Basket' button on the top right corner of the web page. If you are using a mobile device select the green and white basket icon.
3.You will then enter our secure basket page, from here select PayPal or `Pay with Card` to make payment.

How can I track my order?
Login to your account
If you created an account with us, when your order has been confirmed as dispatched, tracking details will be available to view in your account.
To view your tracking details simply login to your domu.co.uk account, click ‘view order’ then ‘Track your order’ to view your tracking details.
Visit the Couriers tracking page
We will notify you upon dispatch. You will then receive an email with tracking details directly from the nominated courier when your item(s) are out for delivery.
Enter the tracking number provided into the couriers tracking form on their website.
If you require any further delivery details please contact the courier directly or our customer services team, firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can I change or cancel my order?
In most circumstances it is not possible to cancel or amend an order after it has been submitted. When your order arrives please contact us to return unwanted item.
Out of stock items
We receive new stock daily so please check back to see if it is available again.
From time to time some of our items are featured by popular online groups and affiliates. In rare instances we may sell out very quickly and be unable to fulfil your order. It is very unlikely but in this event we will contact you to let you know and immediately refund you in full.
