This recipe is unbelievably quick and easy. Equally at home as part of chips and dips, as a delicious BBQ side or to pep-up a midweek fajita - this will be your new go-to salsa recipe.
2 tbsp olive oil
I whole bunch of coriander
1 red onion
1 chilli (deseeded if you want the salsa milder)
1 clove garlic
2 limes, juiced
330g pack of cherry tomatoes
Salt and black pepper

- Once the ingredients are roughly chopped, combine them in a bowl and allow to stand for 10 minutes in the fridge to infuse the flavours, for the tastiest salsa in town!
