For the smoothie
1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing)
Half tub of Greek yoghurt
Glug almond milk
Drop vanilla extract
A few cubes of ice
Spoonful of chia seeds
Handful of almonds
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Handful of whole grain cornflakes or bran flakes
- In a blender, combine all of the smoothie ingredients until smooth
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings – and that’s it!
