Easy Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Whip out your blender and prepare the most gorgeous smoothie bowl. Start your day off right and fill your belly with fruits, nuts, seeds and grains. Ready in just a couple of minutes – and delicious bite after bite.

Smoothie Bowl


For the smoothie
1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped before freezing)
Half tub of Greek yoghurt
Glug almond milk
Drop vanilla extract
A few cubes of ice

To top
Handful blueberries
Spoonful of chia seeds
Chopped strawberries
Handful of almonds
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Handful of whole grain cornflakes or bran flakes



  1. In a blender, combine all of the smoothie ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings – and that’s it!
