Potato, Tomato & Halloumi Skewers

Add a touch of panache to your BBQ with these delicious halloumi skewers. Quick to make and delicious to devour! Make outside on your barbeque or - if the weather takes a turn - whip them up in your 20L Mini Oven.

Potato, Tomato & Hallouni Skewers Banners


4 large new potatoes
2 large tomatoes
250g halloumi cheese
A few glugs of extra virgin olive oil
A handful of fresh parsley
Salt and pepper


  1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes and tomatoes; slice into equal portions
  2. Slice the halloumi into thick strips
  3. Place the potatoes, tomatoes and halloumi slices alternatively onto grill skewers and drizzle with oil
  4. Place the skewers onto your barbeque and cook until charred or place them onto a low rack in your halogen oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 175°C
  5. If using a halogen, check whether the skewers are almost cooked. If they are, increase the temperature to 225°C and cook for 2 minutes, or until the tomatoes and halloumi starts to char
  6. Remove from your barbeque or halogen oven, plate up, season with salt and pepper, and a final drizzle of oil
