Add some extra zest to your day with a delicious lemon ice lolly. Citrusy and creamy – they’re the perfect pud for a hot summer’s day.
- 2 pots natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- In a bowl, or straight into your ice lolly moulds, add all of the ingredients and mix well
- Add in the ice lolly sticks and freeze for a few minutes in your VonShef Ice Lolly Maker or overnight in your freezer
- Once frozen – tuck in!
