If you love all things creamy and coconutty – then this is the summer ice lolly for you. Filled to the brim with coconut milk, tart blueberries and a dash of vanilla – this popsicle is designed to be savoured.
250ml coconut milk
Handful of blueberries
A few drops of vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave nectar or honey
- Pour the coconut milk into each of the ice lolly moulds until you’ve filled up a third of the mould; add in the ice lolly sticks and place in VonShef Frozen Ice Lolly Maker for a few minutes or in your freezer until frozen
- Whilst the coconut milk is freezing, add the rest of the coconut milk, blueberries, vanilla and agave nectar into your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
- Add the blender mix to the moulds and freeze for a few minutes using the VonShef Frozen ice Lolly Maker or in your freezer overnight
- Once frozen – tuck in!
