- 265g soft pitted dates
- 30g unsalted shelled pistachios
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Blend dates, pistachios and cocoa powder together in a food processor; the mixture should form a thick paste. Tip: if the mixture is a little dry, try adding a very small amount of water and re-blending
- Use a small spoon to scoop mixture out onto a tray or plate, then shape into small 1 inch balls
- Serve straight away
