3 Ingredient Oreo Truffles

Milk, white or dark – these oreo truffles will tickle your taste buds. Creamy, dreamy and oh-so-easy to make - they'll soon become a firm favourite.

Oreo Truffles

Ingredients


Packet of Oreos
Tub of cream cheese (around 200g)
100g milk, white or dark chocolate, broken into smaller pieces

Method


 

  1. Place the Oreos into a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Add the cream cheese and blend until you have a sticky dough
  2. Use your hands to mould the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking tray. Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl, over a pan of hot water
  4. In turn, roll each ball into the melted chocolate then place back onto the baking tray
  5. Place back into the fridge and chill for another hour or until they are set
