Ingredients


 

For the smoothie
1 large frozen banana, chopped
1 apple, chopped into small slices
Handful of spinach
1 kiwi
120ml coconut milk

For the toppings
1 banana, chopped
Half an apple, sliced
Half a kiwi
Handful of blueberries

Method


 

  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend
  2. Once blended to a smooth and creamy consistency, pour into a bowl
  3. Add all of the toppings and dig in
