Chocolate Creme Café Mexicano

Round off dessert with an insanely rich cup of after-dinner indulgence. This dangerously good spiked coffee makes the perfect evening aperitif; if you want a caffeine hit with extra-oomph, this one’s for you.

Mexican Boozy Coffee

Ingredients


Cup freshly brewed coffee
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
30ml Kahlua
15ml brandy
1 tsp chocolate syrup
Pinch of cinnamon

Method


 

  1. Brew coffee in your coffee maker or cafetière
  2. Melt the ice cream in the microwave for 30 seconds
  3. Put the Kahlua, brandy, chocolate syrup and cinnamon in a coffee cup
  4. Add the coffee and stir well
  5. Top with the ice cream
  6. Serve immediately
