Cherry Bomb Gin

Cherry Infused Gin

Ingredients


400g fresh cherries
150g granulated sugar
500ml gin

Method


 

  1. Prick the skin of the cherries with a skewer and place in a large jar
  2. Add the sugar, then top up with gin
  3. Seal the jar and shake well
  4. Store in a cool dark place, shaking once or twice a day until all the sugar has dissolved
  5. Leave to mature for at least a month
  6. Strain the gin through muslin and pour into bottles
