Air Fried Kale Crisps

Can’t get enough of kale? If you want a tasty snack in less than 5 minutes – whip up a batch of kale crisps in your air fryer. Light, full of flavour and deliciously crisp, these kale crisps pack some serious crunch!

Air Fried Kale Chips

Ingredients


1 head kale
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper

Method


  1. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into large pieces
  2. Wash, clean and pat dry the kale (the more moisture removed the better)
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil, soy sauce and seasoning until all of the leaves are coated
  4. Transfer to air fryer and spread the kale as evenly as you can
  5. Cook for 90 seconds at 180°C, toss, cook for a further 90 seconds
  6. Allow to cool then enjoy
